The American Flag: A Symbol of Hate Speech on Campuses?
This is an interview with the college kid who wrote a bill to ban the US flag from use in rooms on the campus. The interviewer is acting sympathetic (isn't really) to get the kid to really tell us everything he feels about the flag and this country. The crazy part is that his parents came from Mexico to find a better life, obviously he and his brother have it, he is going to college on federal grant money, from the government of what he says is the most evil nation on earth. He is free to do what he wants, say what he wants, believe what he wants, and it somehow doesn't occur to him that this is not exactly what happens in really bad nations. All he can see through the lenses he uses to look through is an ocean of bad things here, he believes there's the equivalent of slavery going on, that Blacks cannot make any progress at all, even though there was a Black man in the Oval Office when the interview was done. This is the product of leftist indoctrination in the school system, the media, by public figures, etc. No thinking, just totally colored views and beliefs, and actual facts don't matter at all. This kind of youth coming out of colleges is never going to be part of anything good in the future, they can only be part of tearing the nation apart. -Del
